Located in the small fishing port of Paimpol, in northern Brittany/France, our family-run business has been able to remain true to itself by building on 3 fundamental principles: the sourcing of the freshest local fish and seafood, the quality of our products and a sensitivity to its partners’ customer service.
Our aim is to help customers from all over the world discover (or re-discover) a broad selection of Britannic fish and shellfish just by adding a twist to traditional recipes, offering new combinations and reintroducing some long-forgotten favorites. All this with guaranteed fresh and authentic ingredients. Nothing artificial goes into our products.
Against a large industrialized competition, our niche market strategy combined with the quality of our products is now our strength. And today, with a traditional manufacturing process, we help to keep the finest palates happy with our “mouth-watering” recipes!
