Kerarzic Oysters are grown in the Bay of Paimpol. Fine, iodized, cooked in a fine stew, delicately married with vegetables, the taste of these marine shellfish appears delicately in the mouth with a fine texture like a zabaglione.

To be served fresh but not cooled in order not to break their flavor, the oysters are better appreciated when completly swallowed and not chewed. Cooking the oysters is a tricky thing and must be done in their seawater. Sometimes they are served with other luxury products, such as caviar and Champagne.
