ORDER TREATMENT
Once we receive your payment from our online shop, your order is treated within the next 48 hours.
Two kind of deliveries are available:
- CHRONOPOST RELAIS 13 : delivery in relay point of your choice before 1pm.
- CHRONOPOST 13 : delivery at your place, before 1am, directly handed over against your signature, only from monday to saturday.
All shipment costs includes packaging, handling and postal freight.
We are not able to group two different orders in one shipment. This is why we advise you to group your purchases in one unique order and avoid extra shipping costs.
The Chronopost expedition includes the Predict facility that allows you to follow, as from its expedition, your parcel until final delivery. You can learn more about it with this video of Predict
Our logistic team brings a thoughtful care to the preparation of your order: all fragile products are protected and our parcels are over dimensioned to ensure transport in the best conditions there are.
Although, the shipment risk runs by the purchaser and if you observ any damages or spoliation on your parcel during delivery, you must notify immediatly the transport company through signed, dated, complete, detailed and specific observations on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
