The flesh of the Pecten Maximus scallop fished off the Breton shores has a delicate taste with sweet notes. We cook it with a good dose of fresh tomatoes to give it more acidity and add a few dollops of cream for a harmonious, perfectly rounded blend of flavours.

INGREDIENTS
Water, tomato, king scallops* 10,5% (mollusc), fish 10,5% (red gurnard, cod, conger eel or else depending on the catch), cream (milk), onion, white wine, mushroom, garlic, olive oil, Millac sea salt, pepper, thyme, bayleaf, thickener: carrageenan (algae extract).
*Pecten Maximus, origin Brittany, France.

INSTRUCTION OF USE
This soup is ready to eat. Simply heat on a low to medium setting, without boiling. Serve piping hot, on its own or accompanied with the garniture of your taste.
Once opened, keep in th refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
