Our sardines are freshly prepared with a confit of tomatoes, adding a light, refreshing touch to this richly flavoured recipe.
With its blue-green back that become ssilver on their sides and belly, this 7,5 inch little fish is fully grown between March and August. The sardines always swim in tight schools, sometimes of large impresive scale. They are found in temperate waters of the northern Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean sea and the Bay of Biscay
