The pride of Northern Brittany, this silver-blue fish has firm white flesh which lends itself perfectly to pâté when prepared marinière-style in white wine.
Fished in the Northen sea, the Channel and the North Atlantic, the wild sea bass is fond of the swirling waters of shallow and rocky coastal areas. Highly predatory, it hunts every living thing around it: smaller fishes, shrimps, little crabs, shells...
The wild sea bass is particularly lean, rich in proteins and vitamin B1, it has many benefic properties for our organism.
Wild sea bass 50%, cream, onion, shellfish stock with white wine 5%, Millac sea salt, seaweeds (agar agar), parsley, pepper, vinegar.
