These clams’ delicate, salty flesh makes them a food lovers’ favourite. Here we combine the clams with finely chopped onions and semi-dried tomatoes, making for a sun-drenched feast of flavour to enjoy with an apéritif.
Harvested on the open sea unlike the grey palourde clams that are found at low tide on the coast. The pink palourde clams get their pinkish color from their sandy surroundings.
Palourde clams* 58% (mollusk), dried-tomatoes confit 20% [dried-tomatoes, tomato concentrate, sunflower oil, garlic, oregano], olive oil, lemon, *onion 3%, alcohol vinegar, concentrate juice of lemon, sugar, Millac sea salt, seaweeds [wakame].

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Serve lightly chilled as an hors d’oeuvre; gently shake the tin before opening and empty contents into a small tapas dish.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
