Harmonious mariage between the tropical tuna fish with the typically breton queen scallop, prepared with condimented tomatoes and ginger.
These queen scallops are a close a cousin of the big we all know. Although its size is smaller, it is excellent panned. Scallop dragging in European waters are controlled and highly regulated.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Serve lightly chilled as an hors d’oeuvre; gently shake the tin before opening and empty contents into a small tapas dish.
