INTERESTING FACTS

Not to be confused with the squid, the cuttlefish, unlike its name suggests, is not a fish, but a mollusc, and belongs to the family of cephalopods. Smart and cautious, the cuttlefish can blind  its predators or anyone who tries to catch it with a black ink jet to better run off.  Its mimetism ability allows it to hide in its surroundings.

INGREDIENTS

Cream (milk), cuttlefish 30% (mollusc), pout (fish), tomato 6%, garlic, Millac sea salt, olive oil, cider brandy, basil, seaweeds (dulse, nori, sea lettuce), pepper, chili pepper, saffron 0,006%, thickener: agar-agar (algae extract).
